Vertex42 and Bodybuilding.com offer free printable workout logs, as of 2015. They also offer logs for exercise, daily food intake, weekly meal planning, nutrition, supplement intake and body part measurement tracking.
After downloading the logs on Vertex42, users can print or save the log. This workout log can be used for weight training and cardio for five days. The log includes sections for goals, day of the week, date, sleep (hours), calories and time (minutes). The weight lifting portion of the log includes sections for exercises, one repetition max, number of repetitions, number of sets and amount of weight used. The cardio portion of the log has sections for exercises, time, distance and intensity. Vertex42 also has exercise, daily food intake and weekly meal planning logs.
Bodybuilding.com allows personalization of workout, nutrition, supplement and body part measurement logs. Users can click the printable workout log option, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Create Your Log!" arrow. Then users add their first name, what they would like to call the workout, and the number of exercises the workout contains. The website then creates a log template for users to list exercises and the number of repetitions for each exercise. There are also tracking options for mood, weight, cardio, workout location, length of workout, comments and instructions on how to use the workout log. After pressing "Submit," there is an option to print and/or save the log.
