As of 2015, printable vaccination records are not available online, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. There is no national organization that keeps a database of these records. If vaccination records aren't available, individuals may need to be vaccinated again.
Before being vaccinated again, there are a few places to look for vaccination records, explains the CDC. Check boxes of personal documents, and ask childhood caregivers if they have them. Check with previous employers, schools and doctors, but keep in mind that records are only kept for a limited number of years. Contact the state's health department, as some states have databases, called immunization information systems, that keep immunization records.
