Unlike Fitness magazine, Livestrong provides a general overview of its favorite low-sodium snacks. Its list includes fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and grains. The Fitness magazine list is more specific, with a focus on calorie content. Seven of the nine snacks on Fitness magazine's list have high levels of starch and grains. Unlike Livestrong, Fitness magazine tells readers how much sodium is in each snack. For example, Glenny's Soy Crisps have about 190 milligrams of sodium per serving.
