Some foods that are high in cholesterol include high-fat meats like tenderloin, brisket, rib-eye steak and T-bone steak. Meats that are labeled as lean or choice tend to be lower in fat and cholesterol. Organ meats, such as liver, are also high in cholesterol. These sites also list eggs as a high cholesterol food, though a food that is okay in low quantities. Some other high cholesterol foods to avoid or limit include full-fat dairy, hydrogenated vegetable oil, fried foods and desserts like cookies, cake and pastries.
