A height and weight chart for men is available at WebMD as part of the site's explanation of body mass index, or BMI. By finding the intersection between one's height and weight, it's possible to determine one's BMI, a useful number in evaluating one's risk of developing weight-related illnesses.
A healthy BMI ranges from 18.5 to 24.9. A man who is 6 feet tall and weighs 140 pounds is near the bottom of this healthy weight range, explains WebMD. A man who is 6 feet tall and weighs 210 pounds rests near the top of the range. A man with a BMI of 25 to 29.9 is considered overweight, while a BMI of 30 or more is considered obese.
