Weight Loss HQ mentions a fad diet plan called the 3-Day Diet. It is a weight loss plan designed to lose 10 pounds in 3 days. Even though there is no scientific evidence showing that the 3 Day Diet works, there have been reports of success from dieters who tried the meal plan.

A hard-boiled egg and a slice of toast is eaten for lunch. Dinner calls for a cup of tuna, one cup of cauliflower, half a cantaloupe, one beet and a half cup of vanilla ice cream for desert.
