As of March 2015, CVS Pharmacy provides reasonably priced physical examinations at its Minute Clinics. Prices range from $59 for a camp physical to $109 for a Department of Transportation physical, according to Minute Clinic.
Appointments are unnecessary, reports Minute Clinic. Insurance is not accepted for physicals, and payment must be provided at time of service. Individuals need to bring a complete medical history, including vaccination records. If the physical is required for the Department of Transportation, the patient also needs to bring his driver's license information. If additional testing is required such as blood work or urinalysis, it is charged separately from the physical. The results of the physical can be sent to the current health care provider of the patient.
