As of 2015, Alli diet pills are available at CVS, Target, Rite Aid, Walgreens and Walmart, according to the drug manufacturer's official website. The diet supplements are also available through online retailers Amazon.com and Drugstore.com.
The drug manufacturer, GlaxoSmithKline, temporarily recalled Alli from the market in March 2014 due to tampering concerns. Consumers reported receiving products that had been tampered with in seven states, according to the FDA. Indications of compromised products included broken anti-tampering seals, mismatched lot and expiration numbers, missing labels, and different pills in Alli packaging, according to GlaxoSmithKline. The drug manufacturer worked with the FDA to resolve tampering concerns, and as of March 2015, Alli is available for purchase in the United States, according to GlaxoSmithKline.
