Find a place with plenty of room to complete the exercise.
Stand on the floor with feet shoulder-width apart. Jump straight into the air. While jumping, stretch your arms straight up as high as you can.
Land with your feet shoulder-width apart, and bring your arms down between your legs. Touch your palms to the floor. Do not let your bottom touch the floor.
Keep your palms on the floor, and straighten your legs to the back. Arms should be shoulder-width apart. Keep your arms straight. Anchor your weight between your tip toes and your palms.
Do a full push-up. Bend your arms slightly while legs are extended and on tip toes. Lower your upper body, but do not let it touch the ground. Raise your upper body, and straighten your arms.
Bring your knees to your chest. Jump up with arms bent in front of you. End with your knees slightly bent and your back straight.
