The plan aims to encourage people to eat three healthy meals and two snacks each day. The total calories per day on the Biggest Loser meal plan is 1,500 as of 2016. However, the plan does deviate from this total on certain days.
Some of the healthy food options in the Biggest Loser meal plan are low-fat omelettes, smoothies, grilled salmon and wraps. Most of the recipes in the guide include lean protein, whole grains, low-fat dairy, and fruits and vegetables. The meals are high in fiber.
As of 2016, the Biggest Loser Club requires a set monthly fee for the first three months of participation. Users then have the option to go month-to-month at a lower price point. The plan automatically renews until the user cancels payment.
The Biggest Loser Club fitness plan also includes access to training videos, food and exercise trackers, and access to a community of experts, trainers and contestants.
