The Curves Complete fitness plans guide members through 30-minute total body workouts. Curves Complete includes Curves Workouts with Jillian Michaels, "a cutting-edge balance of strength training and body weight-based exercises that boost intensity, build strength, burn fat and prevent plateaus," as stated by Curves.
Meal plans educate members through making healthy meal choices whether at home or at restaurants. Curves Complete offers members grocery lists and recipes to help educate about healthy eating. The meal plan includes three phases: phase one encourages portion control, phase two increases caloric intake to ensure loss of fat rather than lean muscle, and phase three encourages continued healthy eating as members prepare to finish the program.
Curves Complete coaching helps members set goals based on their progress. Each coach has trained specifically for the Curves Complete program in conjunction with the Cleveland Clinic, "an integrated health-care system consistently ranked among the top hospitals in the world by U.S. News and World Report." Many coaches are former Curves members with personal experience with Curves weight loss.
