The most choline-rich food products to bring about any of these health benefits are animal products, most notably egg yolks, beef and veal, according to SELF Nutrition Data. Vegan sources of choline exist at significantly lower density comparied to animal products and include vegetable oil, soy milk, oats, broccoli and beans, VeganHealth states.
