All Atkins products purchased at Atkins.com come with a satisfaction guarantee, which allows customers to return purchased items and receive a full refund or an exchange. The guarantee is a service attributed to WorldPantry.com, a third party that connects food product companies with customers.
Atkins.com advises customers to return items as soon as possible, preferably by UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post. Customers must enclose the shipment's original packing slip, and write the reason for the return on the back of the slip.
If there is no packing slip, a name, email address and phone number are acceptable alternatives. Refunds do not include the shipping and handling charges unless they are the result of an error by Atkins.com or World Pantry.com.
