As of 2015, the Willard Drug Treatment Campus address is 7116 County Route 132, Willard, New York 14588, according to the New York State Department of Correctional Services and Community Supervision. The Seneca County facility offers substance abuse and addiction treatment to male and female drug offenders.
Since 1995, the Willard drug treatment facility has helped drug defendants and parolees address addiction relapses, which occur often as addicts progress through recovery, according to the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services. As an alternative to traditional incarceration, the treatment begins with a rigorous 90-day residential therapeutic program. The second phase of the recovery program is six months of community outpatient treatment under the close, strict supervision of parole officers.
