The Pranayama pose is referred to as the standing, deep-breathing pose.
These poses each have a Sanskrit name and a description. Ardha-Chandrasana is known as the half moon pose. Utkatasana is the awkward pose. Garurasana is the eagle pose. Dandayamana-Janushirasana is the standing head to knee pose. Dandayamana-Dhanurasana is the standing bow pose.
Tuladandasana is known as balancing stick. Dandayamana-Bibhaktapada-Paschimotthanasana is the standing separate leg stretching pose. Trikanasana is the triangle pose.
