There is a 12-step program for couple’s recovery called RCA, which stands for Recovering Couples Anonymous. RCA is a fellowship that has adapted the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous to assist couples in finding freedom from addicted and destructive relationships.
The only requirements for membership in RCA are the desire to remain in a committed relationship and the desire to seek continued intimacy within that relationship. As with other 12-step programs, helping others in need is a vital part of RCA.
There are RCA meetings worldwide, and there are also telephone meetings and virtual meetings held online. Meeting schedules and other information are available online at the official RCA website.
