ACCESS is a fast and convenient way for people in Wisconsin to get answers to questions about nutrition, health, child care benefit programs. A resident looking to find out if he is eligible for benefits does not need to log in to do so. The ACCESS website allows residents to apply for FoodShare, Health Care, Child Care or Family Planning Waiver benefits. Residents can also check their benefits, report changes and renew benefits through the system. In order for residents to apply for benefits, they must set up a secure MY ACCESS account by clicking the Create an Account button and follow the instructions.

Medical providers and employers can also access the system to make updates to their ForwardHealth accounts. ForwardHealth is a program that administers health care benefits, family planning services, prescription benefits, chronic disease programs, and long-term disability programs. ForwardHealth also oversees free and reduced lunch programs for children in public school.
