As of June 2015, an alternate way to find a senator's name using a ZIP code is to go to the website Contacting the Congress. Enter the ZIP code and home state in the form on the left side of the page, and click Submit It. The site returns the name, phone number, fax number and a link to an online contact form for each of the senators from that state. Alternatively, click on a state on the interactive map of the United States to view the names of every representative and senator from that state.

Yet another way to find the names of U.S. senators from a specific location is to go to the website of the U.S. Senate, and click the Senators tab at the top of the page. Choose a state from the drop-down list to view the names, addresses, phone numbers and a link to the contact forms for each of the state's senators. The site also provides links to biographical information and statistics about current and former senators and an organizational chart that displays the names and hierarchy of the Senate leadership.
