Calling accounts are funded either through the Securus' AdvanceConnect prepaid calling plan, a monthly billing plan, through a traditional collect-calling system, or inmate debit system. Recipients of an inmate call hear a recorded message announcing that they are receiving a call from the inmate, giving them the option to accept, decline or block future calls from the inmate.
