Go to the Maricopa County Recorder website, and select the search period, either 1947 to Present or 1871 to 1946. The REsearch tab may also be selected, which provides a broad name search for documents within the last two years. Perform the year-limited searches using a document number, or click MultiName Search under Advanced Search Options for a name search.

Navigate to the Maricopa County Assessor’s Office search page, and enter a name, address, parcel number or subdivision, among other available criteria, and click Search. Search results include the parcel number, owner’s name and property address. Highlighted links at the bottom of the individual entry provide further details about the property.

Use the Judicial Branch of Arizona, Maricopa County website to search Maricopa County civil, criminal family and probate court records. Clicking on the Criminal Court Cases link gives you a choice to select Case History, Court Calendar and Minute Entries. Clicking on Case History provides a search screen to enter name information to search criminal case records.
