To order by phone, you can call and request a custom delivery program.

To order online, navigate to the YellowPages.ca home page, and scroll to the bottom of the page. Find the column labeled About Us, and select the Contact Us link; the second section of this page is labeled Telephone Directory Ordering and gives instructions on how to order a copy of the Yellow Pages. Select the link for "delivery.yp.ca", which is located in the first paragraph. This link directs the user to a page where there is an option to Opt-Out or Request a Directory. Select the Continue button located under the Request a Directory section, which directs you to a request form.

The request form requires you to enter a name, address and phone number. After filling out this information, select the Next button on the bottom, right-hand corner of the screen. This directs you to a confirmation page. On this page, you have the option to select a copy and then to confirm the order.
