To print an application for food stamps, visit the Food and Nutrition Service section of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s website, and click on a state from the list or the map provided by the office locator tool. Most states offer applications printable in PDF format in English and Spanish.
Although applicants may print their applications, applicants must still bring or mail the application to the local family services office in their states. Food stamp programs generally require an in-person interview with a caseworker prior to approval, along with the return of income and other documents for the household. Many states also offer online food stamp or SNAP applications.
