According to the Web Portal for the Judicial System of Pennsylvania, it provides the public with access to various aspects of court information: appellate courts, common pleas courts and magisterial district court docket sheets; common pleas courts and magisterial district court calendars; and state and local rules of court.

The Web Portal also gives users access to an electronic payment system called PAePay, which can receive payments of up to $1,000 per transaction. Electronic payments can be made through PAePay for fines, bail and any other financial obligations related to law enforcement.

Also on the Web Portal, a court summary report is available for Criminal Courts of Common Pleas and Philadelphia Municipal Court cases. The Web Docket Sheet provides users the access to search, view and print docket sheets with additional content that is not public. The Sheet holds cases for Pennsylvania’s Criminal Courts of Common Pleas, Magisterial District Courts and the Philadelphia Municipal Court. Users will also find court summaries, Case Accounting and Pre-Sentence Summary reports for Criminal Courts of Common Pleas and Philadelphia Municipal Court cases.
