Drivers in Washington State pay Good to Go! toll fees in advance with an established account, or they pay online, by phone, though the mail or in person, explains the Washington State Department of Transportation, or WSDOT. Service centers are in Seattle, Tacoma and Gig Harbor, as of 2015.
Those without a pre-paid Good to Go! pass receive a bill in the mail after using a designated toll road, such as the SR 520 bridge or the Tacoma Narrows bridge, according to the WSDOT. Responsibility for the bill goes to the registered owner of the vehicle, regardless of who was driving. Bills are payable by check, electronic check, debit card or credit card. Those paying in person have the additional option of paying with cash.
