  1. Search the House.gov website

    In order to find out who represents you in the United States House of Representatives, type in house.gov to your Web browser's URL tool bar. Type in your zip code in the search box at the top of the page and press enter. You will see a list of your local Representatives.

  2. Log on to the Senate.gov website

    Find your two state Senators by typing senate.gov in your Web browser's URL tool bar. Look at the top of the Senate website for the Find Your Senators drop down menu. Click on the drop down menu and select a state. Click the Go button on the right in order to see a list of your state's two Senators.

  3. Look for contact information

    If you want to contact your Representative or Senator, each member's office listing includes an address, a phone number and an email address. Search the site by zip code to find who represents your specific location.
