On the same Web page, select a date under Jail In/Out Docket for a list of inmates arriving at and being released from the Metro Jail. The list gives the total number of prisoners booked in and booked out for that date, together with the total population number in the jail for that date. The inmate list gives the arrestee’s name, city, state, age, sex, arresting officer and agency, and charges.

To look up an inmate by name, booking number, permanent number or state identification number, navigate to the Inmate Database Search Web page. Type in the inmate’s last name where indicated for a list of inmates with that name, and then click on a name from the list. Details about the inmate, incarceration information, charges and bond information are then provided. Enter the inmate’s first name to limit the search results.
