The U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency supplies I-94 information electronically, but travelers can request a paper record during the inspection process, states the CBP. Travelers who have obtained a paper copy of their I-94 information should surrender it to the CBP when they exit the country. The information will also be recorded electronically. To obtain I-94 information electronically:
Visit the I-94 request page of the CBP website.
Individuals are only allowed to access I-94 information for themselves, their children or those who have consented to access. Fully read and understand the consent form and select the "yes" or "no" option, and then click submit.
Provide the following passport information: country of issuance, passport number, last name, first name and birth date as well as the Machine Readable Zone information, if applicable.
