To look up Palm Beach County property records, navigate to the Official Records Public Search Web page, review the disclaimer, and click Accept. Next, click the tab for the type of search desired, by party name, document type, property type, CFN (Clerk Filing Number) or book and page of the recorded document.

Click on Party Name, and enter an individual name or company name. To limit the search results, define a date range, limit the search results to a certain number using the Search Options pull-down menu, or select the day limitation links at the bottom of the page.
