The Palm Beach County Clerk and Comptroller websites both allow site visitors access to public records, including property and court records, as of November 2015. The same records are also reviewable by going to the clerk and comptroller’s office, using the contact information available on its website.
To look up Palm Beach County property records, navigate to the Official Records Public Search Web page, review the disclaimer, and click Accept. Next, click the tab for the type of search desired, by party name, document type, property type, CFN (Clerk Filing Number) or book and page of the recorded document.
Click on Party Name, and enter an individual name or company name. To limit the search results, define a date range, limit the search results to a certain number using the Search Options pull-down menu, or select the day limitation links at the bottom of the page.
Navigate to the Civil, Criminal and Traffic Court Records Search Web page to perform a court records search. Click on the civil records search box or the criminal and traffic records search box, accept the user agreement, and then enter the search criteria requested. If accessing the court search using Microsoft Windows, the system requires users to use computers with Microsoft Silverlight to view court search results.
