On the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services search page, enter your zip code and a search radius, then click the Search icon. The map shows pinpoint locations of each low-income health clinic within the search area. Click on the location or browse the list of locations to obtain address and contact information for each clinic.
Similarly, on the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics search page, type in your location, select your search radius and click the Search button. The page provides a list of clinics in your area, along with their address, phone number and services provided, if available. A map also provides pinpoint locations.
The NeedyMeds search tool allows you to search for low income clinics in two ways. You can either enter your zip code and search radius to locate a clinic within a specific area or search for clinics state-wide. After clicking the Search button, the site provides a list of clinics in your area.
