At USA.gov, click the Government Agencies and Elected Officials tab near the top of the main page, and then click the Contact Elected Officials tab. Click the U.S. Senators link or the U.S. Representatives link beneath the Contact Federal Elected Officials heading.

To find the names of state governors, click the State Governors link, and then select a state on the Find Your State or Territory drop-down box to redirect your browser to the governor's website. To find names of state legislators, click the State Legislators link, and then click a state on the map to redirect your browser to the state's legislative website. These websites typically provide the names of legislators via a tab called Members, Senate or House.

For a list of mayors, select a state on the State drop-down box on the main page at USMayors.org, and then click the Search button to display a list of cities and their mayors. At StateLocalGov.net, find websites for state, county and local governments by clicking a state listed on the main page. Find the website for a particular local or state government agency or department by clicking a link beneath the Topic Pages for All 50 States heading, such as Judicial, Education or Transportation.

At Explorer.NACO.org, type the name of a county in the search box near the top of the main page, and then click the search icon to display the names of some county officials, as well as a link to the county's website.
