Environmental Working Group lists the top recipients for U.S. farm subsidies for 1995 through 2012. Riceland Foods, Inc. of Stuttgart, Arkansas received the most money from farm subsidies, at a little over $550 million. Producers Rice Mill, also of Stuttgart, Arkansas, received in excess of $314 million from the U.S. government. The Farmers Rice Coop of Sacramento, California, was the third highest recipient of farm subsidies at over $146 million.
