As of 2015, owners of the Amazon Fire TV Stick can legally watch YouTube with the device. Amazon.com's Appstore offers an application to play all YouTube content, according to Amazon.com.
Device owners need only to install the YouTube application to view its content, notes Amazon.com. Depending on the selected settings, the device may request a user name and password to continue with the download. The Amazon Appstore also has other applications, such as OneTube, that Amazon.com customers can use to view videos from YouTube's website. The site advises updating the application to make sure no issues occur with the software.
