The Social Security Administration makes it easy to download many of its forms. Follow the steps below to find and download the desired paperwork.

- Click the link to open the form
- Fill out the form or download it to the computer
Visit SSA.gov and scroll to the bottom of the home page. Look for a section titled Items of Interest and click Forms.
Scroll through the list of forms or choose one from the Top Forms section of the page by clicking the link.
Click the link on the following page to open a PDF file of the necessary form.
Some forms may be filled out and submitted on the computer, but some require printing and mailing to the SSA.
