To enroll for Part D prescription drug coverage on Medicare.gov, go to the main Web page, click on Forms, Help & Resources on the far right of the upper toolbar, and click on Find Health & Drug Plans. Because some Medicare Part D plans are localized, and some plan formularies do not contain all brand name and generic drugs, the search engine first asks for zip code and prescription drugs currently used. Enter your zip code, answer questions about your Medicare coverage, and enter your current prescription drug list, or click I Don't Want To Add Drugs Now. On the search results summary, tick Prescription Drug Plans With Original Medicare and I Would Like to Pick From a List of Companies. From the list of available plans, select Express Scripts Medicare.
To enroll on the Express Scripts Medicare website, go to the Enrollment Center, and click on Enroll Online Now to complete an online application. Alternatively, call the enrollment phone number or print out an enrollment form and send it to the provided address. New Medicare participants should enroll in a Medicare Part D drug plan when they first become eligible to avoid penalties for late enrolment.Learn more about Military
