Eligibility for Colorado Medicaid is based on household income in relation to the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Children under the age of 18 may qualify if their household income is at or less than 142 percent of the FPL, while adults with or without dependent children may qualify is their household income is at or less than 133 percent of the FPL.
