At TNMap.TN.gov, hover the cursor over the GIS Applications tab near the top-left of the main page, and then click Property Map Viewer on the drop-down menu. Complete Step 1 through Step 3 on the right side of the page, and then click the Search button. Click a property listed on the Property Detail on the right side of the page to display it on the map and to list property details such as the owner, lien holders, parcel number, acreage and subdivision. Click the Aerial Photography button near the top of the map to display an aerial view of a property.

At Assessment.COT.TN.gov, click a county on the map near the top of the main page or choose one on the drop-down menu beneath the map, and then click the Search button. In the optional search boxes, type data such as the owner's name, address, parcel ID or subdivision name. Click a checkbox in the Sort Selection By section to choose a sort key, such as the owner, parcel ID or subdivision. Click the Search button to display a listing. Listings include data such as the owner's name, property address, property class, sale date and parcel ID. Click the Select button on the left of a listing to display additional property information, such as assessment data, utilities and information about the land and buildings, including detailed construction information.
