The International White and Yellow pages offers the contact information for many businesses and people overseas. Infobel also offers many of the same services, including information in multiple languages.
The International White and Yellow Pages was the first project by Wayp Internet Groups and was the first worldwide service to offer a comprehensive collection of databases for international phone numbers. By 2007, the group had over 123 countries listed, with over 104 databases available. Infobel is run by the Belgian company Kapitol, founded in 1995. Kapitol was one of the first companies in Europe to post a comprehensive phone database of businesses and private individuals.
Infobel manages the phone numbers of around 130 million European phone subscribers. The company operates in many European countries including Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and France, as well as Spain, Denmark, Italy and Luxembourg, as well as in the United States and Canada.
Either service is likely to be able to provide the needed information, but Infobel's database is much more limited in terms of the number of countries available. The International White and Yellow Pages is much more comprehensive and offers more in-depth databases, especially for use outside of the United States, Canada and Europe.
