Google has a policy of removing certain sensitive information, such as government identification numbers, bank account and credit card numbers and nude photographs that were uploaded without the subject's consent. However, this policy explicitly excludes telephone numbers under most circumstances.
Google states that they remove information if it is confidential or can be used to find further information that may result in financial harm or identity theft. If the telephone number in question fits neither criteria, it is not removed.
