The Secretary of State's office for each state provides information on polling location and elections. Voter registration cards also list the precinct and polling location, usually by code on the front of the card.
County government offices also include a local election authority that assists with voter registration, absentee ballots, polling issues, and other instances that arise at a county voting precinct. Local election authorities also assist with name change or address changes on voter registration. Whenever there is a change to a voter registration, the voter must re-register in order to vote. Only natural born citizens or fully naturalized U.S. citizens may register.
