The list includes 435 members of the U.S. House of Representatives and 100 members of the U.S. Senate. U.S. Congress meets in the Capitol in Washington, D.C., and consists of two houses: the House of Representatives and the Senate. Members of the House of Representatives represent a district and serve two-year terms. Members of the Senate represent a state and serve six-year terms.
