Census.gov provides information about the 2015 U.S. Census tests. The census tests are designed as a trial for several proposed improvements to the 2020 U.S. Census.
The Census Bureau conducts tests in select areas in the United States. As of June, 2015, Savannah, Georgia and its surrounding areas, as well as Maricopa County, Arizona have been asked to participate in the tests. However, other areas may be asked to participate in the future. Residents in the areas being tested must participate in the census test by filling out a paper questionnaire or an online form about themselves and members of their households.
