The Florida Department of Corrections maintains a Facility Directory online. The Facility Directory provides complete address and telephone information for all institutions and correctional facilities in the state.

The Florida Department of Corrections advises the applicant to wait at least two weeks between mailing the application and contacting the classification officer at the correctional facility.
