While in North America, U2 played Vancouver, San Jose, Phoenix, Los Angeles and Denver. Then, after a week-long break, the tour resumed in Montreal, before moving on to Chicago, Toronto, Boston and New York. In Europe, the band visited Turin, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Berlin and Barcelona. Next, they played to crowds in Antwerp, Cologne, London, Glasgow and Paris.

While in Paris, the band were set to film a live concert movie for the HBO network, but the Paris bombing attacks of Nov. 13, 2015 forced the postponement of the concert and planned filming, which had been set for November 14. At that point, the band returned to their home country, Ireland, where they played a four-night stand at Dublin's 3Arena. The band returned to Paris once the authorities deemed it safe to do so, and concluded the tour there, playing two nights at the AccorHotels Arena. The HBO special was also filmed and aired for fans in the U.S. on Dec. 7, 2015.

The tour was a great success, and it is expected that additional legs will be announced sometime in early 2016, a common practice with U2 and its history of multi-year-long tours.
