Water parks in Georgia include Six Flags White Water Atlanta, Hurricane Harbor at Six Flags Over Georgia, LanierWorld Water Park, Splash in the Boro and Wild Adventures Splash Island. The Beach at Clayton County International Park also has a number of water activities for kids.
Six Flags White Water Atlanta is the largest water park in the southeastern United States. It is home to a 90-foot free-fall slide, a wave pool with four-foot waves, a racing mat slide and a lazy river that includes a family raft ride.
Hurricane Harbor at Six Flags Over Georgia in Austell spans seven acres. Its features include a five-story zero-gravity slide, a large wave pool, three tube slides and a water playground for young children.
LanierWorld Water Park is on Georgia's Lake Lanier. It is home to Georgia's largest water park as well as a half-mile beach, eight rides and separate pools for young children.
Splash in the Boro is in Statesboro. The park is open year-round, and it features a retractable dome that is closed in the winter months. It is also home to Georgia's only Flowrider as well as two body slides, a mat racer, a lazy river and a therapy pool among its other attractions.
