Visit the JetBlue.com home page, and click on Flight Status to use the tool. When looking up flights by the departure and destination cities, type in the city or airport code, or click on the From and To icons to select the city from a list. The site groups cities by region. Select the date from the drop-down menu.

If you search by the flight number, the results only list that flight. If you search by cities, the results list all flights traveling on that route for the date selected. For each flight, the results include its departure and arrival time, along with either estimated or actual times for each, depending on the flight status. Click on the arrow next to the flight number to view more information, including its terminal and gate number at both airports.

For flights that haven't landed yet, the results provide a Get Alerts link. It provides flight alerts through email, voice message or text message.
