Other factors included in the algorithm were cost of living, housing and weather. Out of a possible 100 points, Lost Creek received the highest livability score at 91, while Las Palmas and West University Place tied with a score of 90. Taylor Lake Village, Southside Place, Spring Valley Village and Highland Park received scores of 89.
