A reward notification typically arrives in the mail within 30 days of eligible purchases or service activation. After the maintaining service for the designated time period – often 30 days – customers may visit the online AT&T Reward Center to claim their reward. Customers can then expect their Reward Cards to arrive in the mail within three weeks. Once they activate their Reward Cards, customers may check their card balance online.
