Lake Hope is the only Ohio state park to offer woodburner cottages. These special cottages feature two bedrooms, cable television and wood-burning fireplaces. They are available to rent year-round. Cabin rentals offer comforts of home, such as a complete kitchen, a private bathroom with a shower or tub and a furnished living area. The cabins are located within the campground and, in most cases, pets are not allowed. Cedar cabins have air conditioning, heat and their own private porches. Most cabins don't provide linens, dishes or cookingware; visitors have to bring these items with them from home. Cabins also do not feature cleaning services. Reservations can be made up to six months in advance on the Ohio State Parks website or by phone.
