Which Seas Border France?

The only sea bordering France, the Mediterranean Sea, borders it to the south between Italy and Spain. The Bay of Biscay borders the western portion of France. The English Channel borders France to its north and separates the country from the United Kingdom.
France is a country located in Western Europe. The capital and largest city is Paris. As of 2014, the country includes five overseas regions: French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte and Reunion. France has several major port cities, including Marseille, which is located on the Mediterranean Sea. While most of France typically experiences cool winters and mild summers, the regions located on the Mediterranean have mild winters and hot summers.
