The 5 1/2-mile Rose Bowl parade route travels across downtown, passes through the Old Pasadena District, and travels beneath the Arroyo Seco Parkway. The Rose Bowl parade is an annual event held in Pasadena, California.
The parade floats are constructed at Brookside Park and transported to the starting area the day of the parade. The parade starts at the corner of Green Street and Orange Grove Boulevard. After traveling north, the parade the parade turns east onto Colorado Boulevard. Upon traveling approximately 3 miles, the parade turns north onto Sierra Madre Boulevard. The parade route concludes at Villa Street, where the parade floats may be viewed after the conclusion of the event.
